Welfare: Members experiencing financial and emotional difficulties can contact me for confidential advice and support. We have the Unison charity “There for you” which is there to help members in times of hardship. As well as applications for financial support we can also help with funds for uniforms or Winter heating bills.
ULR: I try to arrange training in the workplace for members, or where possible arrange for financial support for members to pay for their studies.
